On the 22nd October 2009 Big River Beef participated in, and sponsored, the Grafton Cook Off. The event was also the first time Big River Beef sold to the public Barbecue Packs of meat. Sales were above expectations and the public response was very positive. Big River Beef intend to provide further sales of both bulk and Barbecue Packs at future Grafton Markets which are held weekly on Thursdays. Big River Beef look forward to future contact with our ongoing and future customers at this venue.
